How do I know if a call went through?
Check Call History on the line page. You’ll see each attempt and outcome.
Can my loved one call Ultaura back?
Yes, if Inbound Calling is enabled in Line Settings.
What if my loved one doesn’t want to talk?
They can hang up at any time. The next call will follow the schedule.
How can my loved one stop calls entirely?
They can press 9 during a call or simply ask Ultaura to stop.
How long do calls usually last?
Calls can be as long as your loved one wants. They can hang up anytime.
Can I change the call schedule?
Yes. You can edit schedules on the line’s Schedule page.
What happens if my loved one hangs up early?
The call ends. Future calls continue as scheduled.
Do reminders follow the call schedule?
No. Reminders are scheduled separately and are delivered at the time you set.
Can my loved one change what’s shared with me?
Yes. They can change sharing during a call.
Is the conversation recorded?
Recording is optional and requires consent. You can manage it in the Privacy Center.
Who else can see the insights?
Only people you invite in Family Recipients, and only at the sharing level your loved one allows.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
On a free trial, usage follows the 14-day period and 20-minute daily cap with reminders included. On paid plans, you can upgrade or allow overages with a spending cap.
Can I add more minutes mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan or allow overage minutes with a spending cap.
Where do I update payment methods or view billing history?
Go to Subscription Settings.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from Subscription Settings.
Does my loved one need a smartphone?
No. Ultaura works on any phone, including landlines.
Does Ultaura work internationally?
Not yet. Ultaura is currently available in the United States only.
