Export and Deletion

You can request a data export or delete data at any time.

Data Export

A data export includes call history, insights, and memories. The export is delivered through a secure download. You will receive an email when it is ready.

How to Request an Export

1. Go to the Privacy Center
2. Click "Request Data Export"
3. Confirm your request
4. Watch for the email with your secure download

Privacy Data Deletion

You can delete privacy data from the Privacy Center. This removes stored insights, memories, and recordings tied to your account. Call metadata and reminders are preserved.

How to Delete Privacy Data

1. Go to the Privacy Center
2. Click "Delete Privacy Data"
3. Confirm deletion

Full Account Deletion

You can also delete your entire account. This removes all lines, schedules, and history. It cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Click Delete Account
3. Confirm deletion

Calls stop immediately. Data is removed within 30 days.
