Ultaura uses clear consent steps so your loved one is always respected.

Types of Consent

• Call consent: Permission to place calls
• Recording consent: Permission to record calls if recordings are enabled
• Sharing consent: Permission to share insights with family
• Data retention consent: Permission to store call data

How Consent Is Collected

You acknowledge consent during line setup. Your loved one also gives voice consent during calls.

Sharing Tiers

• Tier 1: Basic Updates & Safety (safety alerts and call stats only)
• Tier 2: Wellness Check (adds mood tracking)
• Tier 3: Full Summary (adds conversation topics)
• Tier 4: Complete Visibility (adds concerns and relationship details)

Your loved one can change sharing preferences during any call.

Opting Out of Calls

Your loved one can stop calls at any time.

• During a call, press 9 on the keypad
• Or tell Ultaura they want to stop receiving calls

The line is marked as opted out and no further calls are made.
