Line Settings

Line settings let you tailor each line for your loved one.

Go to Dashboard → Lines → [Line Name] → Settings.

Calling & Availability

• Language: Sets the conversation language
• Time zone: Used for call schedules and quiet hours
• Quiet hours: Times when calls are not made (default 9 PM – 9 AM)
• Voicemail: What happens if a call goes to voicemail
• Inbound calls: Lets your loved one call Ultaura anytime
• Voice controls: Lets your loved one manage reminders and schedules by voice
• Vacation: Pauses calls and reminders for a date range

Language options:

• Auto-detect
• English
• Spanish (Español)
• French (Français)
• German (Deutsch)
• Italian (Italiano)
• Portuguese (Português)
• Japanese
• Korean
• Chinese

Schedules follow the line’s time zone. Reminder times are exact.

Voicemail options:

• None: Hang up silently
• Brief: Leave a short message
• Detailed: Include the reason for the call

Insights & Notifications

• Insights & privacy: Controls what details appear in insights
• Weekly summary: Email recap of calls and mood
• Missed call alerts: Email after repeated missed calls

Sharing tiers control how much detail is shown:

• Tier 1: Basic Updates & Safety
• Tier 2: Wellness Check
• Tier 3: Full Summary
• Tier 4: Complete Visibility

Topics appear in insights only at Tier 3 or Tier 4. Learn more in Sharing with Family.

If you share insights with family, you can invite up to five recipients.

Trusted contacts are notified only for high-tier safety events. See Trusted Contacts.

Accessibility settings adjust audio clarity and pacing. See Accessibility.

Deleting a Line

From the line detail page, choose Delete Line to remove it permanently.
