Managing Your Subscription

You can manage billing at Subscription Settings. This is where you update payment methods and view billing history.

Upgrading your plan

Upgrades give you more minutes or more lines for your loved one. Changes are prorated so you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle.

Adding minutes mid-cycle

If you need more minutes before the cycle ends, you can upgrade your plan. You can also allow overages with a spending cap.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You may lose access to extra lines if your new plan includes fewer lines.

Switching to annual billing

Annual billing saves 20% on Care, Comfort, and Family plans.

Overage cap

Set a spending cap to limit overage costs. You can change it anytime.

Canceling your subscription

If you cancel, access continues until the end of the billing period. You can keep or change your data retention settings in the Privacy Center.

Payment methods and billing history

Go to Subscription Settings to update your card and view past invoices.
