Setting Up Call Schedules

Call schedules help Ultaura call your loved one at regular times. You choose the days and times that fit their routine.

What a Schedule Does

A schedule creates recurring check-in calls. It follows the line timezone you set in Line Settings.

Works on any phone, including landlines.

Create a Schedule

1. Go to Lines and select your loved one
2. Open Schedule
3. Choose the days of the week
4. Pick a time of day
5. Save the schedule

Add More Than One Schedule

You can add multiple schedules. This is helpful for morning and evening check-ins.

Retry Behavior

If a call is not answered, Ultaura retries twice within 30 minutes. This is automatic and cannot be customized.

When Calls Won’t Be Made

Calls are skipped if:

• Quiet hours are active
• Vacation mode is on
• Your loved one has opted out of calls
