You can track every minute used for your loved one. Open Dashboard → Usage to see your current balance and history.
Minutes are pooled at the account level. All lines share the same pool.
Ultaura warns you when minutes are low. You will see alerts at 15 minutes remaining and again at 5 minutes remaining.
Your usage resets each billing cycle. You can see the next reset date in the Usage dashboard.
A spending cap limits overage costs. When the cap is reached, calls stop until the next cycle.
Cap options:
Overages only apply if you are not on the Free Trial.
