How Safety Monitoring Works

• Ultaura listens for concerning language
• Concerns are grouped by severity
• Actions are taken based on that level

Response Levels

• Low: Mild concern. Ultaura offers support and logs it.
• Medium: Moderate concern. Ultaura provides resources and logs the event.
• High: Significant concern. Ultaura shares crisis resources, alerts family recipients based on their alert settings, and can notify trusted contacts for urgent SMS safety outreach.

Crisis Resources

Ultaura can share the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline during a call. If there is immediate danger, call 911.

Important Limits

Ultaura is not an emergency response service. It is not a medical device. It does not replace human care.

Your Role

Review alerts, check in with your loved one, and keep both family recipients and trusted contacts up to date when needed.
